If you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hit points while at least Heavily Obscured, you become Empowered, the rank of which is determined by your level: 1–6: rank 1; 7–13: rank 2; 14 or higher: rank 3. While Empowered, you have advantage on support Power recharge rolls you make.
When you cast a support Power, you can spend your Empowered condition to grant Overshields to all Risen creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you. Everyone who receives these Overshields, except yourself, may also recover one spent support Power charge.
