Dungeons & Destiny 2nd Edition is a free re-imagining of 5th edition to fit the Destiny setting. You’ll have different races to choose from, different classes to play as, and some new mechanics to learn, but you’re still playing 5th edition. This means you’ll need everything you would normally need to play a 5e game: a set of dice, character sheets, some people to act as players, and someone to act as a GM.
You’ll also need to read up on the 5th edition core rules, as D&Destiny builds on top of those rules.
