Your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Also, choose one of the following effects you meet the prerequisite for. You may choose this feat more than once, but you can’t choose an effect more than once.
Stealth Improvement
Wearing armor that normally imposes disadvantage on Stealth checks no longer does so.
Ablative Armor
Requires heavy armor proficiency
While wearing heavy armor, you can invoke this effect to halve the amount of damage taken from a single source, and you also automatically succeed on any concentration checks or saving throws you would have to make due to that damage. You can choose to do this after learning if you need to make a concentration check or saving throw, but not after you make any roll.
Once you invoke this effect, your armor is considered damaged (AC -3). You cannot invoke this effect while your armor is damaged. You regain use of this effect by repairing your armor.
AC Improvement
Requires medium armor proficiency
When you wear medium armor, you can add a maximum of 3, rather than 2, to your AC if your chosen phy mod is +3 or higher.
